Lessons / Training
Instructional softball and baseball lessons allow players to improve their skills in different fundamental areas including pitching, fielding (infield/outfield), catching, base-running (including sliding techniques), hitting and throwing mechanics. Lessons are 30 minutes or an hour and focus on mechanics, mental approach and self-esteem. If a player needs that extra push to dominate on the field, private lessons are the answer. Team practices are great, however there’s only so much time the coach will be able to dedicate to a players development at each practice. Private and semi-private softball and baseball lessons extend the on-field training in order to enhance the player’s individual strengths and improve the specific weaknesses in a safe and controlled environment.
